We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at REO Group. As a key member of our executive search team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the transactional finance space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a network of hiring managers and talent in the transactional finance sector
  • Support clients in headhunting top talent to build high-performing teams
  • Manage client relationships and deliverables to ensure exceptional service
  • Meet and exceed billing targets through proactive sales and business development efforts
Requirements
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in agency recruitment, with a focus on business development, candidate management, and job management
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting in the transactional finance space
  • Strong business acumen and strategic capability, with a desire to develop and grow
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
