The selection criteria for this role include:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum, including literacy and numeracy skills
  • Experience in planning and implementing high-impact teaching strategies, guided by how students learn
  • Monitoring and assessing student learning, using data to inform teaching practice
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, establishing and maintaining relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Behaviours and attitudes consistent with Department values, reflecting on practice and engaging in professional learning
