About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Lawyer to join our team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and infrastructure law, with experience in advising clients on commercial agreements, development and acquisition agreements, and capital projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on construction and infrastructure matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements;
  • Supporting in-house counsel with development and acquisition agreements for large developers;
  • Providing legal advice on capital projects, including procurement, risks, and liabilities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in construction and infrastructure law;
  • Experience working with clients across the lifecycle of construction projects, from procurement to operations;
  • Excellent client service skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency and eligibility to practice law in Australia.
