Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

We're seeking a talented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Moorebank, Sydney.

As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will:

  1. Balance demand from markets with supply from internal/external suppliers to ensure efficient and effective supply of products.
  2. Be involved in the New Product Introduction & Launch (NPDL) and product Life Cycle Management (LCM) processes.
  3. Collaborate with suppliers, share relevant planning information, and receive supplier commitment.
  4. Perform weekly PDCA cycle on FG supplier lead times and responsiveness.
  5. Set and maintain supply planning parameters in SAP and drive delivery performance of portfolio with healthy stock levels.
  6. Manage MRP as required.
  7. Verify the 12-month rolling intake plan weekly to ensure right demand signals are passed to manufacturing plants/suppliers.
  8. Review the supply plan with suppliers to highlight risks and devise mitigation plans.
  9. Manage product phase-in/out to ensure availability and minimize inventory obsolescence.
  10. Manage inventory levels for assigned product groups across the APAC region to achieve availability targets.
  11. Run continuous improvement projects according to Lean principles to drive Order & Delivery performance.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience in an operational environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Power BI, Excel, and Power Query.
  • Programming skills for dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI and SAP Analytics.
  • Understanding of Lean principles and practices.
  • Fluent English mandatory.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • Teamwork and decision-making skills.
