Senior Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to join our team at Lawson Elliott, a leading alternative asset manager. As a key member of our group tax function, you will play a critical role in shaping our tax strategy and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of tax professionals and provide guidance on tax matters
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize our financial performance
- Manage tax compliance and risk, including audit and review of tax returns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure our tax function is aligned with best practices
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in tax, preferably in a big 4 or top 10 accounting firm, or a financial services/property organization
- Qualifications in CA, CPA, CTA, or Masters of Tax
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a growth mindset and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
