Continuous Improvement Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to support the development and promotion of continuous quality improvement for products, raw materials, and finished goods.
The ideal candidate will have experience in industry auditing and quality control, with strong computer skills and data analysis capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and develop the QA system to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests of incoming and outgoing goods to identify and mitigate quality issues.
- Monitor and report on the performance of QA procedures to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related problems.
- Industry auditing and quality control experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Collaborative style with a strong technical capacity to assist with problem-solving and analysis.
