We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our team in stores.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a passion for retail and want to take their career to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and training a team of up to 15 team members
- Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
- Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
- Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
- Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Demonstrated leadership experience - who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values
- Who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously
- Similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal-breaker - At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience

About A Day In The LifeAs a Retail Store Manager, you will have direct responsibility for leading, coaching and training a team of up to 15 team members.
