Job Title: Store Leadership Role

\Abstract The Retail Store Manager plays a key role in leading the store team, driving sales growth and providing an exceptional customer experience. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced leader to join our team and make a real difference.\

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and train a team of up to 20 members\
• Drive the Ghanda values with your store team\
• Maintain a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction\
• Liaise with the Stock Allocator, as well as work independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space\
• Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports and store/team compliance\
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction\
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff management, inventory control and customer service\
• Identify and develop opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the store\
• Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives\
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and share knowledge with the store team\
• Contribute to the development of the store's business plan and budget\
• Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed and enforced\
• Act as a role model for the store team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment\
• Monitor and report any issues or concerns to the Senior Management Team\
• Implement and maintain store-specific processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency\
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to store team members\
• Manage employee performance, including appraisals, goal setting and disciplinary action if necessary\
• Recruit, select, train and retain a high-performing store team\
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders\
• Represent the store at events and functions as required\
• Perform other duties as required by the Senior Management Team\
