Job Title: Family Wellbeing Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Wellbeing Services Manager to join our team at Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Community Heal. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of staff supports that maintain adherence to our program Model of Care and Human Service Practice Framework.

About the Role

The Family Wellbeing Manager will actively lead the team in enacting wrap-around care for young people and their families across our system, including the broad range of Human Service programs, Medical, and Early Childhood services. You will be responsible for leading the implementation of management operational processes and non-negotiable tasks, as well as providing one-to-one formal in-field coaching/training with each staff member.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the implementation of staff supports that maintain adherence to the program Model of Care and Human Service Practice Framework.
  2. Lead the implementation of management operational processes and non-negotiable tasks.
  3. Provide one-to-one formal in-field coaching/training with each staff member.
  4. Lead the transparent use, access, and modelling of data for staff and team to see and understand on a regular basis.
  5. Ensure leadership decisions are data-informed and based on the priority of achieving client impact and quality.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Social Science, Health, Allied Health, Youth Work, Community Services, Family Intervention, or Criminology, with 4 years' relevant experience in family support, child protection, youth support, or a related field. You will also need to have demonstrated ability and comfort working in a performance-driven environment to meet individual weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets.

You will need to have a strong understanding of the factors contributing to vulnerability, disengagement, and intergenerational trauma of client groups, as well as experience with case management for high-risk and/or crisis clients. You will also need to have knowledge of the supports available to target clients in the areas of mental health, substance misuse, education, employment, and housing.
