About This Role:
  • This leadership position involves managing complex financial affairs for ultra-affluent individuals or family offices, delivering strategic advice on tax planning, asset structuring, and wealth preservation.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the accounting function, overseeing the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory filings, liaising with stakeholders as required.
  2. Partner with investment, legal, and estate planning teams to deliver holistic financial solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.
  3. Mentor and manage a team of accountants, fostering growth, collaboration, and professional excellence.
  4. Drive improvements in processes, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
Requirements:
  • CA/CPA qualified with extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian taxation and an understanding of international tax considerations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, trusted client relationships.
