About the Role

We offer a senior leadership position within our Accounting Advisory Services practice, supporting clients with complex accounting matters and commercial implications.

Our team has extensive experience in regulatory & reporting matters, transactions & restructures, new accounting standards & restatements, accounting policy & control development, audit readiness & remediation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead our accounting advisory services practice, responsible for selling and delivering services
  • Navigate complex stakeholder arrangements
  • Build relationships with clients and design innovative strategies to address their challenges
  • Prepare clients for future opportunities

What You'll Bring

A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines

CA, CPA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification

Professional accounting experience, including audit or other assurance

A strong understanding of technical accounting advisory and compliance implications

An established track record of building client relationships

Experience in developing and delivering market and revenue plans

Proficient in written and spoken English

Strong reporting writing capability and experience

Excellent language and interpretive skills

Strong analytical and process analysis skills

Detailed knowledge of accounting principles

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex financial information

Established experience in leading and developing teams

Ability to work on multiple client matters simultaneously

Ability to work with senior team members and clients in demanding situations
