Commercial Carpet Cleaning Supervisor

This role involves overseeing the cleaning and restoration of carpets and tiles. The supervisor will also be responsible for vehicle maintenance, building upkeep, and stock control.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining carpets and tiles
  • Performing vehicle maintenance tasks
  • Ensuring building maintenance is carried out efficiently
  • Managing stock levels and ordering materials as needed
  • Recording work activities performed
  • Cleaning the work site after completion of job
  • Documenting work hours or activities

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in building maintenance and carpet cleaning. A current driver's license and police check are essential.

Working Hours: 6am start, Monday to Friday, day shift. No weekends.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour. Supplementary pay includes overtime and penalty rates.
