Carpet Cleaning Technician

We offer systematic training for applicants with or without experience, along with career and business development opportunities. Our flexible employment options include payment above the award rate plus a performance-based bonus.

The position is only open to subcontractors.

Benefits:

- Performance bonuses and commissions paid on a weekly basis
- 20% commission for up-sales
- 10% commission for closed business deals
- Contractor percentage discussed during initial and final interview

Requirements:

- Own vehicle and equipment required
- Willing to work and learn in this industry
- Strong communication skills demonstrated
- Excellent attention to detail
- Employment history demonstrating strong work ethic

Responsibilities:

- Carpet and upholstery cleaning, domestic and commercial cleaning
- Experience in pest control and flood restoration beneficial
- Pest control license advantageous
- Recommend additional products and services to customers
- Customer service
- Maintenance of machinery and preparation of daily paperwork
