We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team during the holiday season.

As one of our seasonal staff, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience.

From helping customers find their perfect footwear to ensuring our store is well-stocked and tidy, every shift brings new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create a memorable shopping experience for every customer
  • Support your team to meet sales and performance targets
  • Receive, restock, and maintain a high level of stock on our shelves
  • Pick and pack click & dispatch orders efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture

About You:

  • Availability to work full-time from October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends and public holidays
  • Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a love for the fast-paced retail environment
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • A team-first attitude and a commitment to supporting your colleagues
