As a seasonal casual team member, you will be an integral part of our busy store during the peak Christmas trading period. Your role will involve serving customers with warmth and a smile, keeping shelves stocked and the store looking great, supporting online orders and store operations, and working safely and as part of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store with a positive experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Support online orders and store operations, ensuring seamless shopping experiences for our customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
  • Availability across weekdays, weekends, and busy trading periods
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Please note that this role is subject to operational requirements and we may require you to work varied hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. While we don't expect you to work every day, we're unable to accommodate leave during this time.
