Leading the Avionics Function in Innovation and Excellence

We are seeking a talented leader to join our team as Deputy Head of Avionics. This role involves overseeing technical execution of avionics development projects, ensuring systems meet functional, safety, and performance requirements.

About the Role:

  • Oversight of avionics development projects to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
  • Leadership of the avionics function within the Future Programs portfolio.
  • Guidance on technical risk management and system architecture definition for avionics systems.
  • Mentoring and developing avionics engineering staff to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Collaboration with other engineering functions and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of avionics systems.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Software Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in professional design engineering.
  • NV1 Security Clearance eligible preferred.
  • Maintains or is eligible for CPENG and RPEQ.
