About Our Customer Service Driver Role

As a customer service driver, you will take the lead in driving growth and ensuring long-term retention of drivers and operators. You will actively pursue growth through direct leads, onboarding, and relationship management.

You will be responsible for attending events, tradeshows, and local activations to engage partners. Additionally, you will support digital onboarding processes and CRM tracking.

Promote our brands with passion and pride, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts and share insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new sign-ups and ensure long-term retention of Drivers and Operators.
  • Actively pursue growth through direct leads, onboarding, and relationship management.
  • Attend events, tradeshows, and local activations to engage partners.
  • Support digital onboarding processes and CRM tracking.
