We support over 7,000 vehicles and 11,500 drivers across Australia with advanced contact centres, Taxi Tech and support hubs.We're now looking for a Driver customer service to drive meaningful connections and partnerships with Drivers and Operators—those at the heart of our business.What You'll Be Doing As a Driver customer service, you'll focus on expanding and retaining our driver and operator network through a combination of relationship building, brand advocacy, and proactive engagement.
Your work will directly impact the success and confidence of our transport partners.Drive new sign-ups and ensure long-term retention of Drivers and OperatorsActively pursue growth through direct leads, onboarding, and relationship managementAttend events, tradeshows, and local activations to engage partnersSupport digital onboarding processes and CRM trackingPromote the 13cabs and Silver Service brands with passion and prideCollaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts and share insightsAbout You You're a motivated communicator with a passion for building lasting relationships.
