Job Summary:

A strategic Data Governance Lead is sought after to oversee the implementation of a Master Data Management (MDM) strategy, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the organization.

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing data governance policies, collaborating with regional partners to meet data requirements, and providing leadership and support for MDM aspects of data creation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive MDM strategy, including data quality management and maintenance processes.
  • Lead the master data management of all types of master data, including product, customer, financial, pricing, planning, and operations data.
  • Provide expertise to ensure end-to-end business process consistency and develop continuous improvement in MDM processes.
  • Manage key collaborators to bring together business needs/requirements and lead change and implementation.
  • Facilitate discussions for strategic MDM initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with data governance principles, data quality management, and data maintenance processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant data management tools and technologies.
