About the Role

The Group Manager - Fleet is a key position within AVADA Group Ltd, responsible for overseeing and coordinating fleet operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of day-to-day operations, business growth, compliance, and future operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee fleet operations duties to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement logistics maturity in a young organisation
  • Manage fleet life cycle, including procurement, maintenance, and allocation
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to vehicles and chain of responsibility
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar Fleet/Logistics management role
  • Background in Fleet Management, Logistics Operations, Traffic, or Construction industries
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organisation
