About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Manager to join our dynamic and talented Creative and Marketing Operations Team at Kmart. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our multi-channel marketing work, reaching millions of customers every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Art Directors to ensure that all creative assets effectively communicate our message, are on-brand, and meet campaign objectives.
  • Support the creative brief from concept to completion, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and strict alignment with our style guide.
  • Maintain and uphold exceptional creative execution, ensuring all campaigns resonate with impact and cohesiveness.
Requirements
  • Qualifications in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field.
  • Experience working in an agency, studio, or within a creative retail brand environment.
  • A strong command of typography, layout, general design principles, and digital best practices.
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders across various disciplines, both internal and external.
  • Leadership skills to mentor and guide your team to success.
  • Exceptional communication skills — both visual and verbal — with a knack for translating ideas into action.
