**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Club Services Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the club lounge, ensuring that all facilities and amenities are clean, well-maintained, and available for guests.
  • Manage a team of staff to provide excellent customer service, including responding to guest requests, resolving issues, and providing information about the property and local area.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all aspects of club services.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as food and beverage, housekeeping, and engineering, to ensure seamless delivery of services.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in luxury hospitality or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
