Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • Formal education: High school certificate with strong results in science or technology subjects, or a technical certification in electronics, mechanical engineering technology, mechatronics, optical technology/photonics, or precision manufacturing.
  • Technical skills: Expertise in precision assembly techniques, proficiency in using hand tools and precision measuring instruments, ability to read and follow complex work instructions and technical drawings, experience with clean room operations, and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Soft skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication and teamwork abilities, proactive problem-solving approach, and commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
