Supports Student Wellbeing

The School Counsellor plays a vital role in promoting student wellbeing, inclusion and attendance through multi-tiered systems of support.
This involves providing whole school/class support, small group interventions and individual counselling to students.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers and parents.
About the RoleCollaborate closely with school wellbeing teams, families and play a pivotal part in enhancing student outcomes for all learners.
Build strong partnerships within the school community and contribute to a positive, supportive environment that fosters academic achievement.
Applicants will be assessed at either the P1 or P2 level based on relevant skills and experience.
Required Skills and QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Able to build strong relationships with students, teachers and parents is crucial for effective collaboration and problem-solving.
