We are seeking a skilled professional to manage client implementations of our software from contract signing to project completion.

You will serve as the central point of contact for each client project, executing project plans using existing templates and training systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing end-to-end customer onboarding of our software to customers via established processes.
  • Managing multiple concurrent client implementations.
  • Proactively contacting clients during onboarding to ensure set expectations and milestones are achieved.
  • Executing sound project management practices to ensure all product/service deliverables are delivered in a timely manner and within scope.
  • Identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating risks associated with all projects and ongoing service activities.
  • Providing training and giving best practice advice to retailers.
  • Understanding and managing clients' contracts, proposals, and statements of work.
  • Assisting clients in data migration via use of Excel spreadsheet manipulation.
  • Ensuring special contract requirements for each customer are implemented and adhered to.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in retail customer management or a similar role (3+ years).
  • Knowledge of APIs and working with developers is desirable.
  • Confidence in using Excel and CRM software as well as additional Microsoft programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Customer obsession, able to demonstrate having gone the extra mile.
  • Ability to manage expectations and escalations.
  • Positive attitude, no challenge is too big.
