About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Director to join our team at Sharon Bennie. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our business strategy through data-driven insights and analysis.

Job Description
  • Strategic Lead: Identify and create new metrics and reporting that drive business decisions and align with our goals.
  • Data Analytics: Utilise advanced analytical tools and methodologies to derive actionable insights from complex datasets, supporting investment decisions and operational improvements.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights to internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accessibility of information.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, marketing, and operations teams to develop & integrate insights into overall business strategy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders, fostering a data-driven culture across the organisation.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce/Business, Economics or similar.
  • 3+ years proven analyst, financial modelling and property/business analysis experience (ideally within Investment / Property / A-REIT sector).
  • Pro-active & resilient – this is a fast-paced team focused on deliverables.
  • Advanced Excel skills and Hubspot (or similar).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Permanent Resident or Citizen.
Compensation Package

The salary for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 + superannuation, dependent on experience. We offer a competitive remuneration package that reflects the value we place on our employees.
