About the Role

As a Business Intelligence Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering value to our customers through the extension of our ERP software, Miles. This is a unique opportunity to shape and improve the product, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to customers on best practices and business intelligence solutions.
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical requirements.
  • Negotiate and interpret data with customers to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop and configure solutions using advanced technologies.
  • Responsible for analysis, development, documentation, and support of custom scripts, packages, and reports.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in business intelligence and ERP software implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in translating business requirements into system needs.
  • Strong knowledge of database SQL scripting and reporting tools.
  • Experience with Angular, Quarkus, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and architecture design.
  • Understanding of data warehousing techniques and structures.
