Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead site crews to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Effectively manage materials, subcontractors, and schedules to meet project deadlines
  • Develop and implement quality control processes for hardscaping and softscaping works
  • Maintain a safe working environment and promote efficiency throughout all project stages
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape construction management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Organized and proactive approach with attention to detail
  • Ability to perform manual tasks and maintain reliability
