About the Role

ABN Group, a leading pioneer in building, property, and finance industries, seeks an experienced Cyber Security Manager to drive strong security standards throughout the organization.

This key position reports to the General Manager of Information Security and involves engaging with various stakeholders across the enterprise to monitor information flow, identify threats, and implement measures to protect the company's information systems and data integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Routine testing and maintenance of information security systems, developing company-wide processes, and practices.
  • Driving technology risk and control frameworks, policies, programs, and processes to ensure effective management of controls.
  • Providing specialist advice on compliance to technology security policies, standards, and guidelines to business stakeholders.
  • Ensuring ABN Group's technology risk management is feasible and aligned with the technology strategy and enterprise architecture.
  • Collaborating with MDR services for escalation and remediation when needed.
  • Tracking and assisting in managing and resolving cyber risk and information security-related incidents.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in core technology domains, SOC tools, processes, and capabilities.
  • Developing cyber security metrics and reporting templates for leadership.
  • Familiarity with cyber threat modeling techniques and experience in developing systems-specific use cases, monitoring plans, and incident response plans.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to build collaborative relationships and educate key stakeholders.
  • An extensive understanding of the Information and Technology industry, technology trends, and best practices.
