**Job Title:** Test Strategy Lead

This role oversees testing across various initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence and quality standards. The position coordinates a team of QA analysts, driving high performance and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and lead test strategies, implementing comprehensive plans for front-end, back-end, UAT, and production environments.
• Team Leadership: mentor, manage, and drive high performance among QA analysts.
• Ensure Quality: oversee manual and automated testing, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards and best practices.
• Execute & Report: manage test execution, prepare test documentation, and provide regular test status and summary reports to stakeholders.
• Risk Management: identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure testing timelines are met without compromising quality.
• Continuous Improvement: drive enhancements in testing processes, methodologies, and tools, with a focus on automation (Postman, Cypress).

Requirements:
5+ years' experience as a Test Lead/Manager delivering successful IT projects.
Strong expertise in test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting.
Solid knowledge of both manual and automation testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks (Postman for API, Cypress for front-end).
Excellent leadership skills with experience managing QA teams.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools; Atlassian toolset experience highly regarded.
Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, IT, or related field; certifications such as ISTQB desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage risks, priorities, and deadlines in a complex environment.
Previous experience managing testing in highly regulated environments will be highly valued.
