We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Growth Strategy Lead to join our team at Zenith, a global media agency dedicated to helping businesses thrive in the digital landscape.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as a Strategy Director in the media agency landscape and possess a proven track record in persuading people through rigorous storytelling that leverages client data to support direction for the bigger picture of best practice.

You will lead ideation and brainstorming across the agency, work closely with the APAC Client lead to create vision and strategy, and inspire others to work towards it. Additionally, you will provide overall strategic direction within the ROI Growth Platform framework, translate consumer understanding into actionable fact-based communication strategies, and deliver innovative solutions in problem-solving.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including flexible working options, mental health and wellbeing support, and access to training and development opportunities.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A strong understanding of planning tools, including CX suite, CX tracker, Touchpoints, and client data hubs.
  • Effective use of traditional and new tools to supplement research.
  • The ability to leverage performance results to build the case for marketing and communications best practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, educate, and aid the development of other team members.
