Job Description

  • Participate in a structured two-year program with two 12-month rotations across multiple operations.
  • Support the development of quality improvement projects focused on product compliance and customer specifications.
  • Contribute to supplier management initiatives, including raw material qualification and performance monitoring.
  • Assist in process control and continuous improvement activities.
  • Engage in training programs and cross-functional collaboration to enhance quality standards.
  • Support asset management strategies to maximize plant uptime and equipment reliability.
  • Perform root cause analysis and problem-solving to resolve technical issues.
  • Assist with planned and reactive maintenance, including major plant shutdowns.
  • Maintain and operate various manufacturing equipment, gaining hands-on experience across different systems.
  • Drive improvements in process safety risk management across multiple sites.
  • Analyze data to identify risks and support sites in improving controls.
  • Develop and present progress reports to stakeholders using data analytics tools.
  • Participate in hazard studies and assessments to support process safety systems development.
  • Contribute to strategic projects aimed at closing performance gaps and enhancing safety culture.
About You
  • Hold a degree in Science (Chemistry or Materials Science), Quality or Materials Engineering related field.
  • Possess a degree-level qualification such as Bachelor's, Postgraduate, or Master's.
