We're seeking a dedicated and skilled Member Services Coordinator to join our South Australian Branch team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement event plans, promoting member engagement.
- Maintain open communication channels, addressing member inquiries and concerns.
- Provide exceptional member support, ensuring a positive experience.
- Contribute to administrative operations, maintaining records and coordinating sponsorships.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Event planning and coordination experience.
- Comfortable using digital tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
