Logistics Driver

We are seeking a dependable Logistics Driver to join our team. As a vital part of our operations, you will play a key role in the collection and transportation of used cooking oil from restaurants and food producers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

">
  • Picking up used cooking oil at designated locations throughout the day.
  • Operating a 10 or 13-speed vehicle safely and efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Driving to various locations within a local route, adhering to traffic regulations and road safety guidelines.
  • Maintaining a clean and well-maintained truck, ensuring it is ready for use at all times.
  • Completing daily logs and reports as required to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

To be successful in this role, you must be physically able to get in and out of the truck multiple times per route and able to lift at least 50 pounds. You should also have a good attitude, common sense, and the ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive pay rate dependent on experience, a great monthly schedule with some weekends or two consecutive weekdays off, and 40 hours/week (overtime available).

  • A valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
  • A clean driving record
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds
