Pharmaceutical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to operate in a call centre environment, providing high-quality customer service and timely advice on pharmaceutical issues.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Answer queries and provide relevant information regarding the Australian Government's Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS)
- Deliver excellent customer service and advice on pharmaceutical issues, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience as a Dispense Technician
- A minimum Certificate III in Community Pharmacy or equivalent qualifications
- A good understanding of the Australian Government Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS)
- The ability to demonstrate sound judgment and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of $41 per hour, plus superannuation and penalty rates for afternoon, night, and weekend shifts
- A 4-5 week induction program
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
- Flexibility to work across a seven-day roster, with weekend, late, and evening work from home
- Employment with a Federal Government department
Additional Information:
- Successful candidates must be Australian Citizens and willing to undertake a National Police Clearance
