Homecare Support Professional

Become a vital part of our community by providing one-on-one support to elderly members. As a Homecare Support Worker, you will help them live more fulfilling and independent lives.
This role is available in various suburbs across Melbourne, including Southern Metro, Malvern, South Yarra, Toorak, Prahran, Cranbourne, Berwick, Pakenham, and Clyde.
About the RoleYou will be assisting clients in their own home environment, building strong relationships and working closely with our at-home care team to understand their individual needs.
Your Key Responsibilities- Assisting with personal care such as dressing and transfers
- Transporting clients to and from appointments
- Using aids and personal equipment as required
This position requires a caring attitude, flexibility, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work autonomously and have a desire to assist clients in reaching their independence goals.
