We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance and Grounds Specialist to join our team. This part-time role involves maintaining outdoor spaces, repairing facilities, and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in maintenance, gardening, landscaping, or handyman roles. A strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve independently is essential, along with excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces (mowing, weeding, hedging, etc.)
  • Carry out general repairs and routine maintenance across the community
  • Keep communal areas clean and tidy, including pressure washing and waste removal
  • Safely store and maintain tools, equipment, and chemicals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outdoor space maintenance: mow lawns, weed gardens, hedge plants
  • General repairs and maintenance: fix broken items, perform routine checks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in maintenance, gardening, landscaping, or handyman roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
