Mercy Community is seeking a dedicated and compassionate First Nations Family Response Facilitator to join our team in Townsville. As a key member of our Family and Child Connect Service, you will play a vital role in connecting families with essential supports.
In this permanent full-time position, you will deliver quality services to children, young people, families, and the community through assessment and recommendation of culturally sensitive responses.
You will work collaboratively with the team to promote a positive culture that values diversity and equity.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Engage with families and assess their needs to provide tailored support.
- Foster connections between families and service providers to ensure timely access to essential services.
- Maintain accurate records of family interactions and progress.
