Casual Educator Role

We are a rapidly expanding childcare agency with numerous locations across Greater Sydney. This has led to the creation of casual educator positions, which offer flexible scheduling and varied shifts.

Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals who prioritize delivering high-quality care and education to children. We carefully select our staff based on their expertise, values, and commitment to families.

The Roles Available:

We seek educators who can commit to at least one day per week, without prior experience required. Our comprehensive support system will guide you as you gain experience working through various centres in and around Manly.

Working with us provides a range of shifts that can be tailored to suit your schedule, ranging from 3-10 hours. This offers an ideal opportunity for skill development and idea generation. Additionally, we offer support for placing permanent staff within your local area, if desired.

About You:

  • Hold an ACECQA-approved Certificate III, Diploma, or Early Childhood Teacher degree, or be studying towards it
  • Availability of at least one day per week
  • Valid work rights for Australia
  • Ease of access to transportation or willingness to travel up to 30 minutes
  • Motivation to implement quality, engaging, and activity-based programs for children
  • First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Training highly regarded
  • Previous experience in a childcare environment preferred but not essential
  • Possession of a current Working with Children Check
