Hospital Administration Support Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Admission Centre Support Officer, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient administration department.
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional who can coordinate and manage tasks effectively, prioritise and organise substantial workloads, and maintain good working relations with others. You will be responsible for maintaining relations with all internal and external customers and continually providing service enhancements to meet customer expectations.
About You
To be successful, you will have previous experience in a hospital administration position inpatient & outpatient services, leadership experience managing a small team of people, highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, and excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. You will also demonstrate proven organisational skills and a high degree of attention to detail & accuracy.
