Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and delivering evidence-based programs that address the complex needs of students
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with families and the broader community
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to integrate program goals into curriculum planning
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting
  • Understanding of social determinants of health and their impact on educational outcomes
  • Qualifications in Social Work or Youth Work (or related field)
