Program Assurance Role

Deliver Complex Projects with Ease. As a Program Assurance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale, complex programs.

About the Opportunity

This is a dynamic position that requires strong coordination and communication skills to keep the program operating rhythm on track.

You will be responsible for facilitating workshops and meetings, ensuring clear communication across stakeholders, and providing essential support in governance, scheduling, data analysis, and modelling.

  • Maintain program schedules, monitor objectives and risks, and ensure all project deliverables are captured and stored in line with established methodology.
  • Support financial performance through accurate budget forecasting, expenditure reporting, and managing purchase orders and invoices.
  • Enable collaboration and customer focus by working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and automation initiatives that benefit our people, customers, and communities.
  • Champion safety and change adoption by fostering a culture of wellbeing, teamwork, and seamless integration of new ways of working across the program lifecycle.
About You

As an adaptable professional with experience coordinating and delivering complex projects or business improvement initiatives, you can support programs across the full project lifecycle while building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and maintaining operational and financial oversight.

  • 3+ years' experience coordinating and delivering projects or business improvement initiatives in relevant operational environments.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder engagement across large, complex teams, both internal and external.
  • Strong technical skills in project scheduling, financial reporting, and governance support.
  • Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, with a focus on critical thinking and financial management.
