About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our IT transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery, and driving collaboration across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Resolve issues and negotiate with stakeholders to drive positive outcomes and maintain project momentum.
  • Engage and manage project vendors effectively to ensure delivery meets quality and timeline expectations.
  • Demonstrate proven IT delivery in an agile environment, adapting to changing project needs and stakeholder requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a medium to large-sized organization.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering huge & complex IT projects.
  • Strong experience in issue resolution and negotiation to achieve positive project outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Experience in engaging and managing project vendors effectively.
  • Proven track record of IT delivery in an agile environment.
