Electrical Maintenance Expert

The role of Electrical Specialist is a vital position within the Greenbushes Lithium Operation. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support across electrical systems and infrastructure.
\- Assist with high-priority breakdowns, troubleshooting complex faults, and ensuring timely and safe electrical maintenance execution.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to optimise plant availability.
- Ensure compliance with site safety policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
Responsibilities Include:\
- Provide hands-on support during breakdowns to assist in rapid equipment recovery and reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
- Execute or guide complex repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Collaborate with engineers and planners to provide practical feedback on task improvements.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong fault-finding and diagnostics skills on low and high voltage systems, a sound understanding of electrical standards, and experience working with SAP maintenance systems.
