The Opportunity

You will play a pivotal role in designing and executing high-impact quantitative studies, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to business expansion.

Expect a diverse portfolio of projects spanning sectors like FMCG, retail, media, services, and technology.

Project types include:

  • Brand strategy development
  • Innovation and concept testing
  • Customer experience and journey mapping
  • Behavioural insight and decision-making

As a senior team member, you will mentor junior consultants, collaborate with qualitative and strategic experts, and ensure each project delivers commercial and cultural relevance.

About You

You possess excellent communication skills, a passion for data-driven insights, and a commitment to turning information into actionable solutions.

Key qualifications include:

  • 7+ years experience in quantitative research or a related field
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to lead accounts and grow relationships
  • Proven project management expertise from brief to delivery
  • Comfort with survey design, data interpretation, and narrative building
  • A collaborative mindset with a curiosity for culture, behaviour, and brands
