We are seeking skilled and adaptable General Practitioners to deliver high-quality, co-managed clinical care to aged care residents.
This opportunity enables professionals to work across a combination of telehealth and face-to-face services, providing flexible workstreams to suit your lifestyle and availability.
- Conduct remote telehealth sessions with on-site nurse support through our innovative telehealth model.
- Provide in-person aged care visits, including admissions, reviews, and care planning.
- Offer daytime, after-hours, or weekend coverage via telehealth, ensuring seamless patient care.
About You:
- Current AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner.
- Passion for improving access to healthcare for vulnerable populations.
- Ability to work independently via telehealth and collaborate effectively with nursing and geriatrician teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person care (as negotiated).
