Job Title: Heating and Cooling Professional

This is a key opportunity for an experienced Heating and Cooling Specialist to join our organization.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in servicing and maintaining heating and cooling systems, including gas ducted heating and evaporative cooling.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role:

To provide high-quality service and maintenance to a range of heating and cooling products, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Accurately reporting back to the administration team on works completed at each site
  • Diagnosing and servicing a range of heating and cooling products on a day-to-day basis
  • Responding to all allocated service calls in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of electronics
  • Trade qualified
  • Certificate 3 air conditioning
  • Restricted Electrical license (preferred)
  • VBA Registered/Licensed
  • White card / construction induction card (preferred)
  • Driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Reverse Cycle air conditioning repairs
  • Heating and cooling installation or products
  • Customer service
