Job Title: Broker Support Associate

Are you a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Broker Support Associate to join our team in North Sydney.

This role will play a critical part in supporting our Brokers sales team by managing our new business pipeline in our Broker channel. You will be responsible for ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively, and that our Broker expectations are met and exceeded.

As a Broker Support Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team, and will be involved in a range of activities including:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and data
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements

We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of self-motivation and drive. If you are a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Financial services experience desirable
  • Understanding of Asset Finance & Commercial lending
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A high degree of self-motivation and drive
