You'll be a hands-on, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance will ensure that our Broker expectations are met, managed, and delivered upon.

Collaborating with the Credit and Settlements teams, you'll provide an exceptional customer experience while championing our AML and KYC policies. This role is based in North Sydney, with a hybrid workplace flexibility policy offering a minimum of 3 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new business pipeline in the Broker channel
  • Collaborate with Credit and Settlements teams to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with AML and KYC policies
  • Work closely with the Broker sales team to meet expectations
Requirements
  • Financial services experience desirable
  • Understanding of Asset Finance & Commercial lending
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A high degree of self-motivation and drive, and willingness to learn
