Midwifery Unit Manager Position

Maternity Care Leader
\This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 0800-1630.
\The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our birthing suite, maternity assessment unit and pregnancy day stay.
\As a leader in maternity care, you will provide effective strategic direction, in partnership with other leaders within the service.
\About You:
\- Current midwifery registration with AHPRA\
- Extensive experience in a leadership role\
- Positive collaborative skills in an established multidisciplinary team\
- Sound knowledge of management processes including HR, clinical risk and financial management\
- Recent experience leading birthing services essential\
- Level 3 FSEP and proficient in performing Third Trimester Ultrasound\
- Masters qualification in Midwifery Leadership or Health Services Leadership (or working towards)
